Based on client satisfaction surveys and client interviews administered by KLAS, the mid-year performance review delivers feedback on Carefx and other vendors in the industry, including those in the SSO/CM category such as Sentillion, IBM (Encentuate), CA, Imprivata, Novell and Passlogix.

Among those vendors assessed, Carefx consistently led in sub-indicators such as proactive service, interface quality and timeliness, contracting experience, support of client job performance, satisfaction with vendor and product and quality of releases or updates.

One-hundred percent of Carefx clients cited Carefx as an essential component of their long-term technology strategy and plan, according to Platinum KLAS. Clients unanimously lauded Carefx for its ability to follow through on promises made, to avoid "nickel-and-diming," and to accurately portray support costs.
