Seven hundred fifty million (750,000,000) shares are designated as common stock, each having a par value of $0.0000001 per share, and ten million (10,000,000) shares are designated as preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.
