Relationship Will Provide Employment Information

To More Than 300,000 Customers Throughout Southeast

CareerMosaic(R), the leading employment site on the Web, today announced an agreement to be the main provider of career and employment information for customers of BellSouth.net(SM), one of the fastest growing regional Internet services in the United States.

Under the agreement, CareerMosaic's search engine for jobs is featured prominently in the Employment category under the Business section of the BellSouth.net service gateway. This allows users to directly access more than 80,000 job listings and other valuable CareerMosaic resources, including the JOBS search agent, resume-creation service and job hunting and career advice.

BellSouth.net service has more than 300,000 customers in 47 markets across the Southeast. The service provides customers with free Netscape Communicator software in both Windows and Macintosh versions, electronic mail and free access to expert Help Desk service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. BellSouth.net service is offered in major markets throughout the Southeast to more than 75 percent of BellSouth's telephone customers region-wide. BellSouth.net pricing plans include BellSouth's charges for connection to its local Internet network and the Global Service Provider's charges for connection to the global Internet.
