(www.ezeenet.com) to make EzeeNet the provider of automatic job posting services for employers on CareerMosaic. The agreement will facilitate the process of online recruiting by making it easier and more efficient for employers to recruit qualified candidates on CareerMosaic.

Under the agreement, EzeeNet will provide its Internet Data Mining (IDM) services, EzeePost, for automatically posting jobs from corporate web sites onto CareerMosaic. Employers will be able to post jobs to CareerMosaic by simply placing their open positions on their own web site.

EzeePost provides a smooth mechanism to publish employment-related information onto online career sites in a timely manner without any user intervention. The IDM technology aggregates, refreshes, and publishes jobs from multiple data sources, in a more efficient way than manual posting and refreshing. The IDM technology ensures a "win-win" data transformation by reducing cost-per-hire while allowing career boards to build brand loyalty through their value-added offerings, according to CareerMosaic and EzeeNet executives.
