Career tech teachers are among DisneyHand award winners.When the 39 recipients of the 2004 DisneyHand Teacher Awards were selected from the 150,000 nominees, the winners included Chuck Boucher, Jason Larison and Joe Underwood. Chuck Boucher teaches a class in biotechnology, 3D animation and engineering design at Burrillville High School in Harrisville, R.I., but among his other accomplishments are the creation of culinary arts and entertainment academies.
