The exchange began as an informal meeting of 24 men in 1792 on what is now Wall Street in New York City. under the symbol: CHZ. Previously, the shares were traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol: CARH CARH Council for Affordable and Rural Housing CARH Coalition for Affordable and Reliable Health Care CARH Community Assistance for the Retarded and Handicapped . The Company also noted that, as previously announced, common stock shareholders of record at the close of business today, Feb. 8, 1996, will be entitled to receive the 100 percent stock dividend to be effected in connection with a 2-for-1 stock split.
