The Still photography program is based in Santa Barbara, and the Visual communications (Graphic Design), Motion Picture/Video and , located in Santa Barbara, California Santa Barbara is a city in California, United States. It is the county seat of Santa Barbara County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 92,325. . Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The school has approximately 300 students currently enrolled and will continue to operate under its current name. CEC (Central Electronic Complex) The set of hardware that defines a mainframe, which includes the CPU(s), memory, channels, controllers and power supplies included in the box.
