CareWise, Inc. to Provide Health Counseling Services To Private Healthcare System Network.

) have recently signed an agreement to make demand and disease management services available to PHCS's nationwide customers.

Starting this month, PHCS will offer both the CareWise(R) and CareSupport(R) programs to its 14 shareholder insurance companies and other customers, which currently have more than 6 million members enrolled in PHCS networks. Implementation is already underway for one of PHCS's customers with approximately 50,000 participants.
