Most recently, Mr. Hofmann served as the Director of Sales for Companion Technologies, which provides financial, clinical and managed care, information management solutions to physician groups. Ms. Bosley joins CareWide, Inc. from Avio International Corporation, a healthcare information technology company located in Maitland, FL, where she served as the Manager of Channel Services.

Mr. Hofman expanded the sales department and was responsible for developing the sales team that established Execu-Flow as a premier practice management vendor in the Mid-Atlantic region.
