CareGuide Announces New Client Agreements and Contract Expansions.

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- CareGuide, Inc. (OTCBB: CGDE), an integrated population health management company, today announced the addition and launch of six new commercial and Medicare health plan and employer clients. The CareGuide offerings selected include Complex Care Management, Utilization Review, Case Management, Nurse Help Line, Health Survey and Health Coaching solutions.

Neenah Paper will launch CareGuide's One Care Street[TM] Health Perception Survey, Predictive Modeling and Health Coaching tools for their employees. One Care Street (OCS), recently in the news for multiple client reports of exceptional results, will launch services for Neenah Paper this month.

Additionally, a national health plan has chosen CareGuide to provide complex care management services (CCM) to its population. CCM is an intensive care management approach, assisting chronically ill and medically complex individuals who often require extensive and frequent personal contact to assure the effective coordination of multiple services and attention to relevant non-medical factors. This agreement represents an expansion of CareGuide's work with this plan's California Medicare population. CareGuide will also support this customer through its nationwide growth and restructuring efforts.

CareGuide has also expanded its Utilization Review and Case Management (UR/CM) businesses through long-standing strategic partnerships with CBCA Administrators, Inc. (CBCA) and Pequot Plus Health Benefit Services (Pequot). This month, CareGuide launched its UR/CM services for two additional CBCA clients, Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT) and Crittenden Memorial Hospital, as well as one of Pequot's clients, Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.
