CareDecision Corp. Receives Terms for Credit Facilities Totaling Over $3 Million.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2003

CareDecision Corp. (OTCBB:CDED) today announced that it has received and is reviewing workable terms for secured, non-dilutive credit financing originating from three separate credit facilities for aggregate lines of credit totaling $3,250,000. The Company will select two of the negotiated financing facilities to provide working lines of credit of at least $2,000,000.

CareDecision plans to use the credit facilities to enable the fulfillment of the existing backlog of 23 hotel contracts for the installation and implementation of its proprietary ResidenceWare Wi-Fi networks, making use of Dell and ASUS PDAs and Cisco-Linksys Wi-Fi products. These contracts represent the individual installation of ResidenceWare Wi-Fi units to more than 6,500 hotel guestrooms -- 1,600 in the initial roll-out.

CareDecision's popular ResidenceWare networks enable hotel guests to choose from a broad menu of information, local services and food deliveries via Wi-Fi powered ResidenceWare PDA networks, each PDA physically affixed in a guest room at participating hotels. The ResidenceWare networks also furnish guests with broadband access to the Internet for an affordable fee. Each network will simultaneously yield electronic transactions and local advertising revenue bases.
