The agreement specifies that PCHertz will begin the deployment of the ResidenceWare Guest(TM) multi-unit messaging management system to fulfill the terms of those contracts already inaugurated by CareDecision. The Agreement also includes a marketing component in which PCHertz will be assigned the right to non-exclusively market ResidenceWare Guest(TM).
