), the e-health technology developer and residential PDA-networks innovator, today announced that it has entered a strategic alliance with PCHertz.com, Inc. ("PCHertz") of Fargo, N.D., for the installation of CareDecision's residential wireless PDA-based products. The agreement specifies that PCHertz will begin the deployment of the ResidenceWare Guest(TM) multi-unit messaging management system to fulfill the terms of those contracts already inaugurated by CareDecision. The Agreement also includes a marketing component in which PCHertz will be assigned the right to non-exclusively market ResidenceWare Guest(TM).

ResidenceWare facilitates the electronic latitude for hotel guests to choose from a broad menu of information, local services, and food deliveries via a Wi-Fi wired network connection to a Windows CE-based PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) A handheld computer for managing contacts, appointments and tasks.
