Care Recruitment Solutions International, Inc. Enters into a Contract to Effect a Reverse Merger into Abcor Products, Inc.

PALM BEACH, Fla. -- ABCOR PRODUCTS, INC. (Pink Sheets: ABPR) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the capital stock of CARE RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("CRSI"). The acquisition will be completed approximately ten days after Abcor mails to its shareholders an information statement regarding the transaction. Abcor will issue approximately 90% of its common stock in exchange for the CRSI shares.
