Cardxx Announces Filing of Form 10-SB With SEC and Change of Ticker Symbol.

WINDSOR, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2000

Cardxx, Inc. (CXCQ) a leading smartcard manufacturer, today announced that it has filed its Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission seeking to make the Company eligible for full reporting status.

When declared effective, this statement will register the Company's stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Following the effective date of this registration statement, Cardxx will be required to comply with the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and will file annual, quarterly, and other reports with the SEC.

The Company will answer all comments received from the SEC in a timely manner as to expedite ex·pe·dite
