Who:        In collaboration with Toshiba, physicians at the
            Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) will perform
            at least two interventional procedures using CT data from
            an Aquilion(TM) 16 CFX, a 16 x 0.5mm multislice CT
            scanner, for interventional planning in the cath lab.

            Toshiba America Medical Systems -- an innovative leader in

            diagnostic imaging research for all modalities in the
            United States.

            Toshiba is an exhibitor (Booth #1225) at the 2004
            Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT), sponsored
            by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, held at the
            Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., from
            Sept. 27 through Oct. 1, 2004.

            Cardiovascular Institute of the South is one of the United
            States' largest, most comprehensive and most advanced
            centers for the nonsurgical and surgical treatment of
            heart and vascular disease.

What:       Toshiba has been an innovative pioneer in addressing
            peripheral arterial disease with its clinical partners for
            the planning and follow-up of all their interventional
            procedures, significantly reducing the need for invasive
            diagnostic angiography. This routine clinical use of CT
            has led to faster and more accurate diagnoses and planning
            for the intervention.

When/Where: View the procedures, which will be broadcast live via
            satellite, in the Toshiba booth on Wednesday, Sept. 29 at
            3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
