Ltd. In return for this cash payment, CVD has awarded Japanese distribution rights to Fukuda for CVD new products for peripheral vascular, neurovascular neurovascular /neu·ro·vas·cu·lar/ (-vas´ku-ler) pertaining to both nervous and vascular elements, or to nerves controlling the caliber of blood vessels. neu·ro·vas·cu·lar (n  r and non-vascular clinical applications.
