SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 1996--CardioGenesis Corp., (the "Company") (NASDAQ NASDAQ

All 3,000,000 shares were offered by the Company. Following the offering, the Company has approximately 11,928,000 shares of common stock outstanding.

The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering was made through an underwriting group managed by Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Montgomery Securities and Piper Jaffray Inc.
