SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 1996--CardioDynamics International Corp. (OTC/Pink Sheets: CRDY) Monday announced the promotion of Rhonda F. Rhyne Pederson to the newly created position of chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
