Cardinal Investments launched sales at its m127 development and hosted a Meet the Architects event with SHoP Architects and Stribling Marketing Associates. m127, located on Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  between 30th and 31st Streets, comprises nine lofts in an exclusive 13-story property just north of Madison Square Madison Square is a neighborhood on the East Side of the New York City borough of Manhattan, centered on a 6.8 acre (2.75 Hectare) public park in the New York City borough of Manhattan, named for James Madison, fourth President of the United States and co-author of the United  Park. It was designed by the award winningSHoP Architects with the first 7 floors of the structure are visible from street level, and the top 5 floors are set back 15 feet from the street, allowing for more privacy.
