Cardinal Financial Corporation Names Domingo Rodriguez Chief Financial Officer.

TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2003

Domingo Rodriguez has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Financial Corporation. "Rodriguez brings a background in strategic financial planning, asset liability management, and investment portfolio expertise to our organization," commented Chairman, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Rodriguez most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for SequoiaBank, Bethesda, Maryland.
