Cardinal Classic Raises $250,000 for Local Charities.

TYSONS CORNER, Va. -- Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ:CFNL) is pleased to announce that its annual Charity Classic raised over $250,000, bringing the six year total to $1,550,000. Contributions from the 2008 tournament will be used to continue Cardinal's partnership with the Inova Kellar Center, while also supporting other local charities in the communities served by Cardinal Bank.

Over 275 golf and tennis players participated in the annual tournament that was held at the Country Club of Fairfax on May 19, 2008. Collectively, more than 1,000 volunteers, donors, businesses and sponsors participated, reflecting the Classic's long-standing commitment and effort to build healthy communities where we live and work.
