Cardinal Bank Participates in Fredericksburg Regional Chamber Small Business Capitalization Seminar.


TYSONS CORNER, Va. -- Cardinal Bank is pleased to announce that it will collaborate with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce to present a Small Business Capitalization capitalization n. 1) the act of counting anticipated earnings and expenses as capital assets (property, equipment, fixtures) for accounting purposes. 2) the amount of anticipated net earnings which hypothetically can be used for conversion into capital assets.  Seminar. Cardinal will serve as the event's title sponsor.

This premier business seminar will take place on July 11, 2007, from 2 - 5 p.m., at the Fredericksburg Country Club. It will provide an effective discussion for small business owners seeking capital to start, grow or expand their business. Joe DiStefano, Cardinal Bank's Vice President for Small Business Banking, is one of four panel speakers invited to participate in discussions focusing on the requirements to successfully start a small business, how to prepare an effective business plan, how to secure financing through business loans and government programs, and other trends in small business management.
