Cardinal Bank Opens 20th Banking Office in the Region; Woodbridge Parkway Location Is Bank's 3rd in Prince William County.


TYSONS CORNER, Va. -- Today, Cardinal Bank opened its 3rd financial center in Prince William County with the addition of its new Woodbridge Parkway office located at 14000 Jefferson Davis Highway The Jefferson Davis Memorial Highway was a transcontinental highway in the United States from Washington, D.C. west to San Diego, California. It was named for Jefferson Davis (1808-1889). He was an American soldier, U.S. Congressman, and Secretary of War in the cabinet of U.S.  in Woodbridge. The new office increases Cardinal's presence in the county with the nation's fastest job growth and is its second banking location in Woodbridge, Virginia Woodbridge is a census-designated place (CDP) in Prince William County, Virginia, United States. The population was 31,941 at the 2000 census. It is the home of the Northern Virginia Royals soccer club and the Potomac Nationals baseball club. .
