Cardero to Begin Trading on Amex January 24, 2005.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Cardero Resource Corp. (the "Company" or "Cardero") (TSX VENTURE:CDU)(FWB:CR5) is pleased to announce that its common shares are expected to commence trading on the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX)
