CardXX Receives Order From JP Laboratories for SIRAD Cards; SIRAD Cards Are an Important Tool in the War Against Terrorism.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- CardXX, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CXCQ) a leading provider of advanced electronics packaging solutions including smart cards and RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data. The tag, also known as an "electronic label," "transponder" or "code plate," is made up of an RFID chip attached to an antenna.  devices today announced that it has received an initial test purchase order for 2,000 SIRAD SIRAD Self-Indicating Instant Radiation Alert Dosimeter (TM) radiation dosimeter do·sim·e·ter

SIRAD(TM) is an abbreviation for Self-indicating, Instant Radiation Alert Dosimeter. The SIRAD(TM) cards are user-friendly, low-cost, wearable, and disposable radiation dosimeters for monitoring high dosages of ionizing radiations. SIRAD cards are always active and ready to use, enabling police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel to measure their radiation exposure while dealing with the aftermath of a "dirty bomb" attack or nuclear explosion.

When asked about the purchase order, Phil Worack of CardXX commented: "We're very pleased with this initial test order from JP Laboratories, for SIRAD(TM) cards. Most importantly, both we and JP Laboratories believe that SIRAD(TM) cards can be an important tool for Homeland Security first responders in the combating of terrorism, and dealing with the widespread effects of 'dirty bomb' attacks."

About CardXX

Colorado-based CardXX has developed patented technologies to securely encapsulate electronics into smart cards and other portable devices or form factors.

CardXX partnered with Spyrus to engineer the first smart card to receive certification from the National Institute of Standards and Technology National Institute of Standards and Technology, governmental agency within the U.S. Dept. of Commerce with the mission of "working with industry to develop and apply technology, measurements, and standards" in the national interest.  (NSIT NSIT Networking Services and Information Technologies (University of Chicago)

The CardXX process offers the following unique advantages:

--Injected thermoset A polymer-based liquid or powder that becomes solid when heated, placed under pressure, treated with a chemical or via radiation. The curing process creates a chemical bond that, unlike a thermoplastic, prevents the material from being remelted. See thermoplastic.  polymer encapsulates and protects all electronic elements completely and securely.

--Low-temperature and low-pressure process prevents damage to delicate electronics and improves manufacturing yield.

--Superior heat resistance and chemical resistance protects against physical and chemical attacks.

--Physical access to chip electronics is difficult to obtain without severe damage or destruction of chip.
