CardXX Closes Agreement with Innovatier to License Its RAMP Technology.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- CardXX, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CXCQ), a leading provider of advanced electronics packaging solutions including smart cards and RFID devices, today announced that the Company has finalized its agreement with Innovatier, Inc. to license its RAMP polymer injection molding technology and distribute products manufactured using the RAMP process. Under the agreement, Innovatier will produce advanced smart cards for the financial transaction card market and expects to begin production in the second half of 2005.

Advanced smart cards are developing as the basis for new smart card capabilities and applications. A smart card equipped with a battery, data display, and keypad enables users to view their current balance of electronic purse applications, recent credit card transaction information, or bank account balance information. "Innovatier evaluated a number of different card manufacturing technologies, and decided the RAMP technology provided a solution for our needs and the needs of our customers. CardXX's low-temperature, low-pressure RAMP process is particularly well-suited for encapsulating delicate electronics in small form factors such as smart cards, E-Passports, key fobs, RFID asset tags and identification wristbands.
