CardXX Closes Agreement with Innovatier to License Its RAMP Technology.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- CardXX, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CXCQ), a leading provider of advanced electronics packaging solutions including smart cards Example of widely used contactless smart cards are Hong Kong's Octopus card, Paris' Calypso/Navigo card and Lisbon' LisboaViva card, which predate the ISO/IEC 14443 standard.  technology and distribute products manufactured using the RAMP process. Under the agreement, Innovatier will produce advanced smart cards for the financial transaction card market and expects to begin production in the second half of 2005.

"The execution of this agreement is the first of many such licensing relationships that we expect to develop," states Phil A Worack, Chairman of CardXX, Inc. "Our RAMP technology is an ideal solution to the encapsulation (1) In object technology, the creation of self-contained modules that contain both the data and the processing.  of complex electronics in many different form factors. As more card issuers migrate to advanced smart cards, we expect the demand for our process to increase steadily."

Advanced smart cards are developing as the basis for new smart card capabilities and applications. "Innovatier evaluated a number of different card manufacturing technologies, and decided the RAMP technology provided a solution for our needs and the needs of our customers. We are very satisfied with the RAMP molding capabilities and are committed to the CardXX process," said Carl Anderson Noun 1. CardXX's low-temperature, low-pressure RAMP process is particularly well-suited for encapsulating delicate electronics in small form factors such as smart cards, E-Passports, key fobs, RFID asset tags and identification wristbands.
