CardXX, Inc. Announces Identita Technologies International SRL's Exercise of Option to Acquire the Company.


ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- CardXX Inc. (Pink Sheets:CXCQ) announced today that, as part of its exclusive license agreement with Identita Technologies International SRL 1. SRL - Bharat Jayaraman.
