Card Express Offers Prepaid Card Processing Services to ISOs.

IRVINE, Calif. -- Card Express, Inc. (CardEx), a leading prepaid debit card transaction processor, today announced the expansion of its prepaid card processing services to Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), supporting advertising agencies, fulfillment facilities, incentive, promotion and recognition companies.

CardEx was the first processor to provide a universally accepted MasterCard Gift Card and reloadable Incentive Cards in 1996. The increasing popularity of Gift Cards and Incentive Cards in the marketplace due to their flexibility and ease of use have made these products ideal for companies offering motivation and incentive programs to their customers.

"CardEx's flexible and scalable technology platform is easily customizable, making it ideal for ISOs who can select from a wide range of products and services, enabling them to offer unique prepaid solutions in accordance with their own unique business requirements," said Alan Safahi, President and CEO of Card Express.

This expansion follows 10 years of experience building successful gift and incentive programs for thousands of corporations around the world including dozens of Fortune 500 companies. In the process, CardEx has managed to streamline card ordering, fulfillment, transaction processing and customer service processes, making it extremely easy for any reseller or ISO to offer these products to their clients without the need for system upgrades or IT investments. "With our renewed focus on our core processing platform, we believe that we can better serve this segment of the market by providing our easy-to-use technology to third party service providers and ISOs whose long lasting relationships with business clients make them ideal candidates to sell these products," added Safahi.

Card Express will be showcasing its product line and services at booth number 4285 at the Motivation Show in Chicago September 26-28.
