See MIME. ) fuel cell, Mr. Rex Hodge, is scheduled to deliver a presentation at the 2002 Global Alternative Fuels Forum in Stuttgart, Germany, on Tuesday February 12th.

In his presentation, Mr. Hodge will provide insight into the fuel cell sector, with respect to transportation. In particular, Mr. Hodge will discuss the impact of the changing automotive market, and the specific criteria required for successful implementation of fuel cell technology in vehicles.

Mr. Hodge will deliver his presentation in conjunction with Anuvu Incorporated - a leading developer of fuel cell vehicle systems that is spinning off to Voltairis Fuel Cell the intellectual property relating to the Carbon-X technology. In turn, Whistler Inc. has entered into an agreement with Anuvu to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Voltairis.

The zero emission Carbon-X fuel cell has completed its second generation of development, and is now ready for commercialization.
