Carbon Expands with Seven New Hires.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Carbon, CommonHealth's Wayne-based professional advertising and promotion agency created to serve the marketing needs of emerging technology/specialty brands, today announced the addition of seven new hires to handle the agency's continued growth.

Michele Moss joins Carbon as a senior vice president, creative director/copy. In this position, Ms. Moss will spearhead the creative copy direction and copywriting for one of the agency's fastest-growing specialty clients as well as guide and mentor copywriters within her group. Prior to joining Carbon, Ms. Moss was a vice president, associate creative director at Torre Lazur McCann in Parsippany.

Barbara Kelly comes to CommonHealth as a vice president, account group supervisor. Ms. Kelly will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of her designated accounts while providing strategic and tactical insight for her team. Most recently, Ms. Kelly was employed at Torre Lazur McCann as a vice president, account group supervisor.

Pat Roque comes to Carbon as an account supervisor. In this position, Ms. Roque will lead the strategic and tactical initiatives for her brands and supervise internal team members. Most recently, Ms. Roque served as a director at Emron, a healthcare marketing consultancy in Wayne.

Jennifer Fajnor joins Carbon as a group art supervisor. Ms. Fajnor will oversee the art direction for one of the agency's fastest-growing specialty clients. Prior to joining Carbon, Ms. Fajnor was an art supervisor at Torre Lazur McCann in Parsippany.

Scott Annunziata joins Carbon as studio manager. Mr. Annunziata will be responsible for overseeing the creative execution of all projects. Previously, Mr. Annunziata was employed at Torre Lazur McCann in Parsippany as a graphic design group supervisor.

Bridget Allen joins Carbon as a graphic designer. Ms. Allen will work with the studio to assist with projects that need a creative hand as well as assist art directors in designing layouts and creative concepting. Previously, Ms. Allen was employed as an assistant package designer at Lipson Alport Glass & Associates, a brand and identity agency, located in New York City.

Dawn Scholz joins Carbon as a business manager. Ms. Scholz will be responsible for all operational aspects of her assigned brands, including estimates, vendor selection and quality print standards. Prior to joining Carbon, Ms. Scholz was a production manager at Medco, a pharmacy benefit company, located in Franklin Lakes.
