Prior to joining CarStation, he held a variety of leadership positions during a 27-year career with Allstate Insurance Company analyzing repair shop processes and building relationships with repair shops.

Mr. Condon will be responsible for development and implementation of business-to-business e-commerce e-commerce, commerce conducted over the Internet, most often via the World Wide Web. E-commerce can apply to purchases made through the Web or to business-to-business activities such as inventory transfers.  products and services designed to build trust between insurers and repair shops, enhance customer service and eliminate inefficiencies within the automotive service value chain. He also will serve as a key advisor to CarStation senior management regarding emerging industry trends and issues.

He designed and implemented the Allstate PRO 2000 initiative, the industry's first to tie shop selection and financial incentive to service and repair quality criteria. He was also instrumental in the development of the company's PRO program.

Mr. Condon held numerous other leadership positions with Allstate, including senior manager, of auto physical damage business strategies and assistant vice president of Tech-Cor, Allstate's collision repair and research facility.
