Car worker nets award.


AN APPRENTICE A person who agrees to work for a specified time in order to learn a trade, craft, or profession in which the employer, traditionally called the master, assents to instruct him or her.  has landed a national award.

Dean Richardson Dean Richardson (b. 2 March 1987, Bellshill, Scotland).

He is a left and central defender for Bohemians whom he signed for in July 2007. He made his debut as a substitute in a 3-0 win over Bray Wanderers on August 31.
, from Washington, made the top 14 students out of 60,000 candidates across the country. He was named Outstanding Student of the Year at the Institute of Motor Industry's Annual Outstanding Achievers Awards. The final year parts adviser apprentice, who works at Jennings Ford's service department on Parsons Road, Washington, is currently studying on the Ford Masters Apprenticeship Programme. He will now attend the awards ceremony in Hertfordshire.

Dean said: "I am really pleased to have received this award. I have worked extremely hard to achieve the full framework ina short period of time and to be recognised for the work I have done is fantastic. I would like to thank everyone involved in my training."

He was nominated for the award by his Ford assessor, James Miller James Miller may refer to any of the following individuals:

  • James Miller (businessman), former Ford Motor Company executive, and former CEO of Mazda

Service manager at Jennings Ford, Alan Davison added: "We are delighted that Dean has been recognised with this award."
