Car Raffle winners.The winners of the 2003-2004 Car Raffle were announced at APTA's Combined Sections Meeting in Nashville. Winning the grand prize of a Ford Mustang GT coupe was Jennifer Lynn Meredith, Winfield, Tenn, a student in the physical therapist education program at Roane State Community College Roane State Community College is a two-year college located in eastern Tennessee. It was authorized by the Tennessee General Assembly in 1969, along with two other community colleges, and operates under the authority of the Tennessee Board of Regents. in Oakridge, Tenn. Second prize, a wonderful weekend in New York City New York City: see New York, city. New York City City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S. , went to Erin Conneely, PT, MS, GCS GCS Glasgow Coma Scale GCS Guilford County Schools (North Carolina) GCS Ground Control Station GCS Grand Central Station GCS Ground Control System GCS Ground Combat Systems GCS Group Communication Systems , West Hartford, Conn.
