Captivate Network, Inc., the new media company bringing the Internet to elevators via wireless technology, will add three new Chicago buildings by the end of April to its rapidly growing list of properties. Captivate's flat panel, high resolution silent screens will soon deliver news, stock market quotes, weather and traffic reports, and other information to tenants at One Financial Place and the Smurfit-Stone Container Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation (NASDAQ: SSCC) is an American paperboard and paper-based packaging company based in Chicago, Illinois. It has approximately 38,600 employees.

Smurfit-Stone was formed in 1998 as a result of the merger between Jefferson Smurfit Corp.

The Marriott Downtown, located at 540 North Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile, is the third new location for Captivate screens. The flagship hotel for Marriott in Chicago, the property has 46 floors, 1,176 rooms, 25 guest suites, and 55,500 square feet of meeting space. Captivate screens will be installed in its guest elevators, and the hotel will use them to deliver news and information about local events and activities as well as to promote its own restaurants and amenities.
