-- A change of the company's name to AMPAC AMPAC Advanced Materials Processing and Analysis Center

The company announced that its new board of directors consists of the following members: Michael J. Martella, Sharron C. Martin, Thomas L. Tedrow, Malcolm Wright and Lynda Xu.

Upon election, the board of directors named Thomas L. Tedrow as president and chairman of the board, Michael J. Martella as senior vice president, Malcolm Wright as vice president and Lynda Xu as secretary/treasurer.

The board also approved the change of the company's fiscal year to one ending Dec. 31 from one ended June 30, and appointed H.J. Swart swart
