Capstone to distribute NMB's fans; world's largest fan manufacturer and leading distributor enter into marketing agreement.

CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 1995--NMB Technologies Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of axial cooling fans, Monday announced that Capstone Electronics Corp., a subsidiary of Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE:ARW), a leading distributor of electromechanical, passive and connector products, will distribute NMB's full line of AC and DC fans.

This distribution agreement includes NMB Technologies Boxer axial cooling fans, DC Series reduced noise fans, AC Series Fans, and Variable speed DC temperature compensating fans.
