Capstone donation adds 22,000 s/f to LMCC's Swing Space program.

Since then, LMCC has matched 16 projects with space at 14 Wall Street, incorporating over 100 participating artists.

Joshua Zamir, managing principal of Capstone and LMCC board member said, "We are very pleased to assist the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council by providing international performing artists with space for creativity along with the development and refinement of new and exciting projects of the highest caliber."

With the additional 7,000 s/f on Level C, LMCC will be able to significantly increase the number of artists and projects it can serve, as well as the amount of space and time it can offer each grantee An individual to whom a transfer or conveyance of property is made.
