Capstone Equities.


Capstone Equities announced that two experienced real estate professionals have recently joined the firm. They join Steven Grin, who has been at Capstone since inception working with the principals. Joining Capstone are John Rhim as vice president of acquisitions and Jonathan Seheinberg as vice president and general counsel. The new Capstone professionals have experience in real estate, investment banking, and law.

* Rhim will be responsible for the underwriting of new acquisitions and will share responsibility for sourcing and structuring acquisitions, due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. * Steven Grin, since the company's founding, has been responsible for acquisitions, asset management, construction management, and shares responsibilities for deal sourcing and capital partnering. Prior to joining Capstone Equities, Mr. Grin served as a consultant for various international projects involving real estate developments, infrastructure projects and banking regulation in Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. , Africa and Eastern Europe. Mr. Grin also served as senior director/co-founder of Fair Lending Group where he managed a brokerage-lending firm specializing in underwriting residential and commercial products overlooked by traditional banks.
