) today announced that an additional 450,000 common shares were sold at $18.125 per share pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option held by Smith Barney Smith Barney is a division of Citigroup Global Capital Markets Inc., a global, full-service financial firm, that provides brokerage, investment banking and asset management services to corporations, governments and individuals around the world. , Inc., PaineWebber Incorporated, J.C. Bradford & Co. and Cowen & Company. The over-allotment option had been granted to the underwriters in connection with the Company's public offering of 3,000,000 common shares at $18.125 per share which commenced trading on December 7, 1995.
