Caprius Receives Three Letters of Intent For Joint Ventures Utilizing Its Aurora System.

WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1998--Caprius, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAPR) announced today that it has received three letters of intent for joint ventures utilizing its Aurora(R) MRI breast imaging system. These anticipated joint venture partners of Caprius are located in New York City, Columbus, Ohio and Knoxville, Tennessee. The arrangements with these center are expected to be similar to those currently in operation at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Magee Women's Hospital and others.
