Mr. Morgan's primary role at Caprius will now be to develop and implement the strategy to ensure that the Company remains on the road to profitability and to generate significant revenue growth.

Mr. Morgan brings a wealth of international, high-technology, and start-up expertise to Caprius, with more than 25 years experience in various roles focused across domestic and international markets.
