Capmark(TM) Delivers Debt and Equity Financing for Acquisition of Washington D.C. Urban Mall and Office Building.


WASHINGTON -- Capmark Finance Inc. (Capmark Finance) has provided $70,400,000 in floating-rate mortgage financing for the acquisition of The Shops at Georgetown Park, a four-story, urban mall in Washington, D.C. and Canal House, an adjacent 34,415 square-foot office building. The $84,000,000 acquisition was made by Georgetown Park Partners LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
