The 75% LTV LTV See: Loan-to-value ratio loan, with a floating 4.66% rate capped at 7%, features a seven-year term with a 30-year amortization. The property, at 115 West Road, includes two parcels--the 253-unit Autumn Chase Apartments and a 16-acre parcel purchased separately for the future development of an additional 80 rental units. Stewart Campbell Stewart Campbell (May 5 1812 – February 20 1885) was a Canadian lawyer and politician and a member of the Anti-Confederation Party. Born in Jamaica, he completed his legal training in Halifax, England under the name William Young and practiced law there until he moved of Capmark's New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of office originated the deal. |
