Capmark's Autumn deal.


Capmark Finance Inc. originated $23,425,000 in floating-rate debt through its Freddie Mac Freddie Mac: see Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation.  Capped ARM program for the refinance of Autumn Chase Apartments, a multifamily property in Ellington, Conn.

The 75% LTV LTV

 loan, with a floating 4.66% rate capped at 7%, features a seven-year term with a 30-year amortization.

The property, at 115 West Road, includes two parcels--the 253-unit Autumn Chase Apartments and a 16-acre parcel purchased separately for the future development of an additional 80 rental units. Stewart Campbell Stewart Campbell (May 5 1812 – February 20 1885) was a Canadian lawyer and politician and a member of the Anti-Confederation Party.

Born in Jamaica, he completed his legal training in Halifax, England under the name William Young and practiced law there until he moved
