In 2000, Bissinger purchased the Neopost mailing and shipping equipment dealership and re-established the Capitol Systems name. All existing Neopost customers of Danka were transitioned smoothly. "Since September 2000, Capitol Systems has focused its efforts on its Neopost mailing and shipping equipment division. The addition of the copier division will allow the company to offer one-stop shopping for businesses from small to large," Bissinger added. "The feedback we received from clients suggested that given the opportunity, businesses prefer to deal with locally owned service companies. "With my experience in the copier industry, adding the copier division earlier this year was the logical move and an easy transition.
