, CDIMW, or "the Company"), today released its fiscal year 1995 pro forma As a matter of form or for the sake of form. Used to describe accounting, financial, and other statements or conclusions based upon assumed or anticipated facts.

Last month, the Company reported net income of approximately $2.66 million and $2.69 million or $.48 and $.49 per share for the three and six month periods ending September September: see month.  30, 1995. Approximately $2.5 million, or $.44 per share, related to the Company's August 11, 1995 gain on the sale of certain CD-i professional assets. The Company acquired 825,088 shares of its own common stock in connection with the transaction. On a pro forma basis, excluding all CD-i professional activities, the Company posted earnings of approximately $253,000 and $405,000 or $.05 and $.08 per share for the three and six months ended September 30, 1995.

Presented below are pro forma quarterly statements of operations, excluding all CD-i professional activities, for the Company's fiscal year ended March 31, 1995.
