As a part of the restructuring, the Company reports it has changed its name to Capitol Communities Corporation. Concurrently, Capitol Communities Corporation reports shareholders also approved a 1 for 5 reverse stock split effective today. Capitol Communities corporation is a holding company engaged in developing residential communities. Its primary focus is the development of its assets in the master planned community Noun 1. planned community - a residential district that is planned for a certain class of residents residential area, residential district, community - a district where people live; occupied primarily by private residences of Maumelle, Arkansas Maumelle is a planned community in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States, founded by Jess Odom with federal assistance from the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act.
