Capitol Communities announces finalization of merger.


Inc. (Bulletin Board: AWEC AWEC Australian Wine Export Council ) has finalized its merger into a Nevada corporation A Nevada Corporation is a corporation chartered under the laws of the U.S. state of Nevada.

Nevada, like the state of Delaware (See Delaware corporation), is well known as a corporate haven.
 as previously approved by shareholders. As a part of the restructuring, the Company reports it has changed its name to Capitol Communities Corporation.

Concurrently, Capitol Communities Corporation reports shareholders also approved a 1 for 5 reverse stock split effective today.

Capitol Communities corporation is a holding company engaged in developing residential communities. Its primary focus is the development of its assets in the master planned community Noun 1. planned community - a residential district that is planned for a certain class of residents

 of Maumelle, Arkansas Maumelle is a planned community in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States, founded by Jess Odom with federal assistance from the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act. According to 2006 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city was 14,318. , directly across the arkansas river from Little Rock. Capitol Communities Corporation owns property in Maumelle which will produce more than 3,000 single family homesites. Additional parcels of land in Maumelle owned by the company include commercially zoned property and several multi-family sites.
