Capitol Bancorp Declares 43rd Consecutive Cash Dividend.The board of directors of Capitol Bancorp Limited today announced a second quarter 2003 cash dividend, marking the corporation's 43rd consecutive cash dividend. A cash dividend of $0.12 per common share will be payable June 2, 2003, to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2003.
