Capital Trust, Inc. announced that its board of directors declared de·clare
v. de·clared, de·clar·ing, de·clares
v.tr.

2. To state emphatically or authoritatively; affirm.
3. a second quarter 2006 cash dividend of $0.70 per share of Class A Common
Stock.
The cash dividend will be payable on July July: see month. 14, 2006 to stockholders
of record on June June: see month. 30, 2006. The $0.70 per share dividend represents a
$0.10 per share (17%) increase from the prior quarter's dividend of
$0.60 per share.
