In a relocation from Greenwich, Conn., Rockwood Capital LLC has signed a new 10-year lease at Ten Bank Street for 13,025 s/f on the building's eleventh story, according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.

Rockwood Capital, a real estate investment firm, had been located at 325 Greenwich Avenue.

"As a real estate firm, Rockwood Capital has a keen understanding of quality real estate," said Christopher B. O'Callaghan, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the tenant with Cushman & Wakefield director Peter J. Sweetser.

"After a thorough analysis of the Westchester and Fairfield County market, the firm chose Ten Bank Street, as it is a quality building with a quality owner, in a great location near the White Plains Transportation Center. Plus, the emergence of White Plains as a truly vibrant cultural, residential, tourist and business center is a great benefit to the firm."

As part of this transaction, W&M arranged a buyout of excess space leased by existing tenant George Little Management, LLC, which will remain in approximately 31,000 s/f.

Newmark Knight Frank's senior managing partner, Noel Flagg, who represented George Little Management, commented, "George Little Management was pleased that W&M was willing to work with it to accommodate the firm's changing space needs."
