 has signed a new 10-year lease at Ten Bank Street for 13,025 s/f on the building's eleventh story, according to according to

Rockwood Capital, a real estate investment firm, had been located at 325 Greenwich Avenue.

"As a real estate firm, Rockwood Capital has a keen understanding of quality real estate," said Christopher B. O'Callaghan, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the tenant with Cushman & Wakefield director Peter J. Sweetser.

"After a thorough analysis of the Westchester and Fairfield County Fairfield County is the name of three counties in the United States:
  • Fairfield County, Connecticut
  • Fairfield County, Ohio
  • Fairfield County, South Carolina
 market, the firm chose Ten Bank Street, as it is a quality building with a quality owner, in a great location near the White Plains Transportation Center. Plus, the emergence of White Plains as a truly vibrant cultural, residential, tourist and business center is a great benefit to the firm."

As part of this transaction, W&M arranged a buyout Buyout
