Capital University Awards Contract to UNICCO; Implements Management Practices and Technology.

In addition to the day-to-day custodial services, UNICCO is helping Capital University better manage its facilities with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that will track projects, open repair tickets, dispatch service technicians and report results to managers.

UNICCO also is developing training and quality assurance programs, establishing standard operating procedures and implementing a formal preventive maintenance and grounds management program. These are major steps toward establishing a "best practices" approach to facilities services at the University.
